JWH Logistics was founded by Jordan Hart in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire with a clear objective, to revolutionise the light haulage industry by providing customers a seamless, stress-free experience for themselves and their customers. We recognised that current light haulage companies often fell short in reliability, care, and customer service. This lead to myself building a solution that prioritises professionalism, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Since we set up, we have established ourself as a popular choice of delivery service amongst the biggest company’s in the industrial roofing, artificial grass and portable storage sectors as well as other industries such as farming and engineering. We are proud to amassed an average rating of 5 stars across Google and other platforms and have never had a failed delivery to date.
We understand, more often than not, we are the first person your customer meets face to face from your company, therefore our drivers are the face of your company as well as ours! We treat your customers and your business as if it was our own, so rest assured your products and clients are in great hands.
We have just integrated our ‘live tracking system’ in to our delivery’s meaning your customers can see exactly where on route we are and what time we will be with them, a courtesy call is always made beforehand, a proof of delivery along with pictures are also provided to yourselves after the delivery is made. Scaling capacity with trailers and heavy-load partners
In the near future, we’ll be adding a new setup to our fleet, an 18ft flatbed trailer towed by our 14ft flatbed vans. This will increase our payload capacity from 1.35 tonnes to 3.9 tonnes, giving customers even more flexibility. If this option is something you’d be interested in, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
We also provide access to 7.5t and larger vehicles, including curtainsiders, flatbeds, and low loaders, through our network of trusted subcontractors.
Insurance
Proper insurance that protects your business
Many smaller operators don’t hold the correct insurances for hire and reward work, which puts your goods and your customers at risk.
At JWH Logistics, we’ve invested in the very best cover, including hire and reward, public liability, goods in transit, and employer liability insurance.
Our goods-in-transit policy covers up to £100,000 as standard, and if you need us to move anything above that value, we can arrange additional cover to suit.
You can rest easy knowing that, even in the worst-case scenario, your products and your customers are properly protected.
Fleet
Fleet Overview
We operate a fleet of flatbed and dropside vans ranging from 13ft to 17ft, making loading and unloading simple whether it’s done by forklift or by hand. Our vans carry up to 1.35 tonnes, and we only require weights and measurements when booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle.
Alongside our flatbeds, we also run a selection of Sprinter long-wheel-base panel vans, perfect for smaller and lighter items.
